We had such a wonderful experience dining here! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The manager, Gilbert, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — he checked in on us several times and made us feel like valued guests. The food was absolutely excellent. Every dish came out hot and fresh, and the drinks were just as impressive. You can really tell they put care and attention into every detail. Overall, it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Great atmosphere, incredible food and drinks, and truly outstanding service. Highly recommend!
I went to celebrate my birthday with my family. We preferred to sit outside, it was hot but I would suggest rotating fans for the breeze to enjoy the outdoor beautiful seating. Atmosphere is good, service is good just felt rushed to order and clean the table. Vegetarian meal option is noddies and fried rice, I would expect something more too. Drinks are expensive for the quality. View of downtown is pretty. For party of 4 they added 20% gratuity automatically, never experienced that for 4 people. They gave a complimentary small desert and candle for my birthday, that was sweet. Overall it’s expensive affair. Have to think to come back again.
We celebrated our anniversary here last night sitting at the bar and overall, we really enjoyed ourselves. I would give this place 5 stars if referencing their happy hour menu which is one of the best I’ve seen in the city. The quality of food and cocktails for half the normal price is so worth it and was a great surprise (we didn’t know initially that it was happy hour). We ordered the steak skewers, honey shrimp, lemon ginger salad, and the main entree of sweet and sour chicken. When our food arrived, we didn’t have silverware and that always tests your patience the most.. great food in front of you but no way to eat it. The steak skewers & their flavor were out of this world. The shrimp had a delicious silkiness/buttery texture to it. Our cocktails were good but we would not pay full price for them. Overall, we would come back for happy hour and did enjoy our time.

Her kindness, attentiveness, and joyful spirit elevated the entire evening. She didn’t just serve us, she made us feel seen and cared for.???? Gilbert, the General Manager, was just as remarkable. His presence, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made it clear that excellence is the standard here. Now let’s talk about the food, because wow. Everything was clean, crisp, and an experience all on its own. The walnut shrimp? Out of this world. The bass? Flaky and perfectly seasoned. And those seafood tacos, yes, crab and lobster-style, were so fresh it felt like they came straight from the sea. The pepper steak with rice? Tender and flavorful. And that steak with the crisp potatoes? A whole vibe. Dessert? Don’t even bring it up, I’m DONE. ???? (In the best way.) The service didn’t outshine the food, it complemented it. Together, they created a night that was unforgettable. Bottom line: You absolutely get what you pay for. Make a reservation to avoid the wait, we had none. Just walked in and enjoyed every single minute. To the entire team behind the scenes: thank you. This wasn’t just dinner. This was a memory. Each team member exemplifies professionalism, talent and a keen insight to hospitality. Tripled by the most well curated menu IN TOWN! Moe is an outstanding lead to this entire production. Talk about top notch management that is willing to ZOOM IN to your individual needs. & If you can catch Brianna at the bar, you are in for an absolute treat ; great service, charm and a beautiful aura. You will be well taken care of. This is my favorite place to dine and I try and make it in every Friday for a true "experience". Zuzu is the place to be if you want to be satisfied from beginning to end.
