We had a great trip to Washington DC. Everyone associated with TTT was great. Every trip has some problems - but Betty and crew made everything enjoyable. I would encourage anyone who uses a tour company to use TTT.
The actual tour guides at the stops along the trip was amazing. Really enjoyed them all!! Mackinac Island was so much fun as well as all of the other mini tours. Bus driver really took care of me (disabled) and the other handicapped woman. Was very appreciative of him. He helped make the trip goid time. VI was horrible. She refused to give us water unless we needed to take medication or felt sick. However, she had at least a case in luggage area. Had to buy water at hotel. She was rude to some people and really made it clear she didn't want to be there. She gave us no snacks until the very last leg of the trip where she was going bananas trying to give them away. She had two big boxes of assorted brands of chips and tried to force me to take one home. I will say that the woman below lied and there is zero way that the bus driver received any part of the 50/50 $$. I'd totally go again if VI wasn't there.
My daughter, best friend and I went on the fall color tour and had a blast. The Bus driver, Paul Barbieri, made the trip for my handicapped daughter very safe. The trip leader V, was so much fun and kept us entertained. Accommodations were perfect. Would do this trip again. We made new friends also.
The 3 day fall tour trip was excellent we took was great. What wasn't great was our "Escort Vanetta" We did not receive any directions for the 1st 2 days. Someone must have said something because the 3rd day we did get information. What was appalling was she was selling 50/50 tickets and never informed us that that the 2nd half of the money she kept and split between herself and the driver Not cool. I would definitely do more trips with a different "Escort"
I like their variety of trips, especially to quaint places around Michigan that otherwise I would have never been interested in going to. (I am not a gambler but still enjoy the ambiance of casinos atmosphere when one included). TT&T are organized, efficient & generally rates are fair... comparable to other local tour companies. Office personnel are good with contacting customers timely. I recommended them to many of my friends who are also pleased with their travels. Finally, I really like that they are back on the road since pandemic shutdown . They respect people vac choices but encourage everyone on bus trips to wear masks, social distance per CDC guidelines and enjoy the experience. Elizabeth S US Army Nurse Honorable Discharged
